As we approach the end of a great rugby season, we would like to acknowledge the wonderful support we have received each week. The sidelines have been filled with family, past and present staff members, Old Boys and College friends cheering on the boys.

After each home game a dedicated group of parents have hosted the players of both teams and their coaching staff with an after-match meal. This has been a great opportunity for the teams to eat together, relax and reflect on the game just played.

A special thanks to all of the parents that have made this happen. Your support of the College and your sons is always appreciated and doesn't go unnoticed.

Rugby League Referees

Some of our next generation of rugby league players recently put their hand up to referee an all day tournament at Cornwall Park. Refereeing is an often thankless job. It takes courage to pick up the whistle and make the tough calls with players, coaches and parents often dishing out advice from start to finish.

Well done to our young men who represented St Paul's College so well and earnt a referee's qualification along the way. ARL referee's development officer Rochelle Tamarua remarked that the students were so helpful, polite and respectful, confident in their calls, calm and composed in the big moments.
