- Gizza Laile
- Kainen Fuimaono
- Christian Fa'aui
- Jasiah Lehauli
- Liam Coles
We also congratulate our two Head Librarians who lead our team of 22 members:
- Neil Fernandes
- Dante Tauaaletoa
Wall of Fame
It is only Week 3 and we already have our first student on the Wall of Fame and he is a Year 7 student. What a great start to the year!
This is where students who read 20+ books are celebrated by having their photo on the Wall of Fame in the library.
A big congratulations to Orion Ahsei!
Benefits of Reading
It has been scientifically proven the benefits of reading—whether it is silent reading, being read to and reading aloud. These include:
- Better writing skills
- Vocabulary expansion
- Increased empathy
- Stress reduction
- Improved analytical skills
- Improved concentration
It's also free entertainment and the neighbours won't complain about the noise!
Please talk to your sons about what they are reading and encourage reading in your family.
Happy Reading
