We are looking forward to our Junior Health Day for all Year 7-10 students next Wednesday. They will be involved in a variety of workshops and presentations delivered by external providers including members of our parent community and our St Paul's College Health Team. Topics that will be covered include; resilience, the importance of sleep, men's mental health, alcohol and drugs, cyber safety, health services available at school, assertive skills and positive communication.
Boys in Year 7-10 will not need their device or books on this day. They will only need their lunch if they bring it to school, water bottle and a pen. They will be provided with booklets to complete during the day with reflections and notes from the different sessions, which we hope will provide an opportunity for conversations with your son around what they learnt.
