Your attention to detail made community events colorful and seamless, and your kitchen skills, alongside your dedicated group of mothers, made every gathering a delight. When it came to achieving goals for the community, Mr Fouhy and others quickly learned that a "No" was not an option when dealing with you. Your persistence and charm made sure of that.

The cultural groups within the community have countless cherished memories of the love and friendships you cultivated. Your care extended not only to your own son but to all the young men of St Paul's College, making them feel like your own. It's no wonder they affectionately greeted you as "Mum" or "Aunty," and parents, in turn, referred to you as "sis." Your bond with the community was truly special.
