Celebrating Outstanding Achievers from St Paul’s College

We welcome all Old Boys and friends of the College to a wonderful evening where we will present the Confortare Esto Vir awards for Outstanding Achievement to some remarkable members of our community.

Date: Thursday 7 March 2024
Location: Marcellin Champagnat Auditorium
Format: Seated dinner for 100 people maximum
Tickets: $100 (all inclusive)

The recipients of this year’s Confortare Esto Vir Award for Outstanding Achievement are:

Fr Michael Mahoney   Student from 1955 – 1958, Marist Priest, Mountaineer, Missionary

Dr Ted Clarke   Student from 1955 – 1959, Cardiologist

Tony van den Brink   Student from 1955 – 1957, Food Industry (Chicken, Dairy)

Michael Brajkovich   Student from 1973 – 1977, Wine Industry

Pat McLaughlan   Student from 1971 – 1975, International Aviation Insurance

In celebrating these outstanding achievers, we will also reflect on how far the College has come, and how much of an impact the Old Boys have had on New Zealand and the world today.
