This large mahogony clock was presented to St Paul's College by The Right Honourable Tuila’epa Sa’ilele Malielegaoi, Prime Minister of Samoa from 1998 to 2021.

Tu’ilepa was born in Lepa, Upolu. He attended St Joseph’s College in Lotopa, then St Paul’s College before obtaining a master’s degree in commerce from the University of Auckland.

The clock's inscription reads:
