Welcome to St Paul's College.
We are a Catholic college in the Marist tradition, providing a holistic and challenging education, where academic, sporting and cultural achievements are celebrated.
Our students are culturally and spiritually advantaged, and as a staff and a learning community we continually strive to lift our performance, enabling all students to set goals and realise their full potential.
We are guided by our principles, respect and responsibility, and by our Marist pillars. Our focus in 2015 is Family Spirit.
We look forward to working with your son and helping him grow into a fine young St Paul's man during his time at our College.
Mark Rice, Principal and Old Boy of St Paul's College
Do you know exactly where your son is at with his NCEA ?
- How many credits does he have ?
- How many does he need ?
- How many assessments does he have left and when are they due ?
- What can he do to gain an Achieved or a Merit or an Excellence ?
- What is he going to do next year ?
Next Tuesday from 2:45pm through until 8pm you can disuss all these things with your son's teachers, deans, careers advisor and gateway co-ordinator.
On your son's report you will note that for each subject the teacher has indicated if they require an interview with you. If they have indicated 'Yes' it is vitally important they meet with you. If the teacher has indicate 'No' then still feel free to book an appointment if you want to.
This term we have introduced an online booking system. With your report you will have recieved a slip of paper with a St Paul's Booking Code on it. Simply go to the website https://www.schoolinterviews.co.nz/ and enter it in. Then follow the instructions to book appointments.
If you have any problems ring the school office and the team will be able to assist.
We look forward to seeing you next week.
